We will order and send you a professional, individualized Minute Book, Company Seal & Stock Certificates for your new business corporation. To be properly organized, all corporations must maintain a Minute Book and issue Stock Certificates. |

6. Prepare
Bylaws
We will prepare professional, individualized Bylaws for your new corporation and send these to you with the certified copy of your Articles of Incorporation or Certificate of Incorporation. To be properly organized, all corporations must have Bylaws.
The Bylaws will accompany the certified copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Certificate of Incorporation and other incorporation papers that we send to you.

7. Prepare
Organizational Minutes
We will prepare complete, individualized Organizational Minutes for your new corporation. To be properly organized, all corporations must have Organizational Minutes. The Minutes will accompany the certified copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Certificate of Incorporation and other incorporation papers that we send to you. |

Prepare IRS Form SS-4 Employer Identification
Number
We will prepare a complete, individualized IRS Form SS-4 Application for Employer Identification Number for you to file on behalf of your new corporation, along with instructions. All corporations that have employees must have an Employer Identification Number even if you are the only employee of your corporation. Form SS-4 will accompany the certified copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Certificate of Incorporation and other incorporation papers that we send to you. |

IRS Form 2553 Elect S Corporation Status
We will prepare a complete, individualized IRS Form 2553 Elect Subchapter S Corporation Status for you to file on behalf of your new business, along with instructions.
Form 2553 will accompany the certified copy of the Articles of Incorporation or Certificate of Incorporation and other incorporation papers that we send to you.
