1. Prepare LLC Articles of Organization (A and A Companies' Fee)
Required if you are incorporating an LLC. We will prepare LLC Articles of Organization (Certificate of Formation) for your new LLC and file this document with the Secretary of State.

File LLC Articles of Organization (State Filing Fee)
Required if you are incorporating an LLC. We will return a certified copy of your LLC Articles of Organization to you once we receive this document from the Secretary of State along with the other LLC incorporation papers included in your Order.

3. Act as
Registered Agent for Service of Process
If this box is not marked, you will act as your new LLC's own registered agent, but you must have an address in the state in which you are incorporating the new LLC. Effective upon filing of Articles of Organization. |

Check Business Name Availability
We will check the availability of up to 3 company names for your new LLC (in the order of preference that you specify), and use the first available name. If this box is not marked, the name you select for your new LLC might not be available and organization of your new company will be delayed. |

Limited Liability Company Kit
We will order and send you a professional, individualized Minute Book, Company Seal & LLC Certificates for your new LLC. To be properly organized, all LLC's must maintain a Minute Book. |

6. Prepare
LLC Operating Agreement
We will prepare a professional, individualized Operating Agreement for your new LLC and send this to you with the certified copy of your LLC Articles of Organization along with the other LLC incorporation papers included in your Order. To be properly organized, all LLC's must have an Operating Agreement. |

7.
Prepare LLC Organizational Minutes
We will prepare complete, individualized Organizational Minutes for your new LLC. To be properly organized, all LLC's must have Organizational Minutes. The Minutes will accompany the certified copy of the LLC Articles of Organization that we send to you along with the other LLC incorporation papers included in your Order. |

Prepare IRS Form SS-4 Employer Identification
Number
We will prepare
a complete, individualized IRS Form SS-4
Application for Employer Identification
Number for you to file on behalf of your
new LLC, along with instructions. All
LLC's that have employees must have an
Employer Identification Number even if
you are the only employee of your LLC.
Form SS-4 will accompany the certified
copy of the LLC Articles of Organization
that we send to you along with the other
LLC incorporation papers included in your

If you

your new LLC will be formed and the LLC

be approximately 5-8 weeks, due to the
Secretary of State's timing (exact processing
